We are
introducing a luxurious studio apartment in the center of Kiev. The rental is
located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building and has an open view
to Pochaininska Street. There is a parking lot near the building.The building stands on intersection of
Pochaininska and Spasska streets in Podil district.
Podil is a very
colorful and unique part of Kiev. It is like a bridge from distant past to near
future. It can only be in Podil, also known as Lower City, where the old
streets names dated back to Kiev Rus can still be found: Schekavytska, Khoryva,
Borysoglibska, Goncharna, Degtiarivska, Kozhumiatska etc. Nowadays, Podil has become one of the
most prestigious neighborhoods
of Kiev.
Subway
station Kontraktova Ploshcha is about 7-10 minutes’ walk away from the rental.
Next to the
apartment building there is a 24-hour Silpo supermarket. Musical Theater is
only 10 minutes walk away. Theater of Drama called Teater na Podoliand Teatr Marionetok (a puppet theater) are
15 minute walk from the apartment. In the neighborhood you can find fine dining
