We are
introducing a business-class studio apartment in Kiev’s Shevchenko district. It
is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building. The apartment building
is equipped with an elevator and is located on historical part of Kiev, on the
intersection of Saksagansky and Volodymirsky Street.
The rental
is 15 minutes walk away from Respublicansky Stadion, and 15 minutes away from
Leo Tolstoy subway stations.
It is
impossible to imagine Kiev center without modern Saksagansky Street, one of the
best for short-term rentals. Many blocks of beautiful examples of 19th— early 20th century architecture decorate the street; many of those
buildings are marked with memorial plates. Not far from the apartment building
you can find some nice coffee shops, such as Coffee House, Shokoladnitsa, Ukrainian
and European restaurants, sushi bars and pizzerias. Saksagansky Street has many
boutiques to satisfy any shopper.
This
apartment was last renovated in 2009. This studio is decorated in modern
classic style in one color palette. It is very cozy and comfortable.
The rental
was designed for 2 people.

furnished with a queen size bed with an orthopedic mattress, mirrored wardrobe,
safe, TV with digital cable, DVD player and an air-conditioner.

kitchen is equipped with kitchen cabinets, electric stove, refrigerator,

tableware, cookware and accessories.

bathroom is equipped with modern sanitary, shower cabin, hair dryer. There is a
water heater available in this apartment.
